April Newsletter – Winton First Baptist Church

Spring is here, and with it comes a season of celebration and reflection as we walk through Holy Week together. April is always a special month in the life of our church family, and we are excited to see how the Lord continues to work among us.

Holy Week Events

We invite you to join us as we remember the life, death, and resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

  • Good Friday Service – April 18 @ 7:00 PM
    A somber and powerful evening service as we remember Christ’s sacrifice on the cross.

  • Easter Sunday – April 20

    • Sunrise Service – 6:30 AM(Parking lot behind the fellowship hall)
      Begin Easter morning rejoicing in the risen Savior as the sun rises. Dress warmly and bring a blanket or lawn chair.

    • Easter Sunday Breakfast - 7:00 AM
      Join us for a time of fellowship and a delicious breakfast served in the Fellowship Hall.

    • Easter Worship Service - 10:30 AM
      Come celebrate our Risen King with joyful worship, Scripture, and a powerful message of hope and resurrection.

Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and let's fill the house of the Lord with praise!

Ongoing Ministries

Our church continues to be a place of growth, service, and community throughout the week:

  • Sunday School – Sundays at 9:00 AM
    Classes for all ages beforethe main worship service.

  • God Squad Youth Group – Sundays at 5:00 PM
    Middle and high school students gather for games, worship, teaching, and discipleship.

  • Awana – Sundays at 5:00 PM
    Our children’s discipleship program is in full swing! Kids are learning God's Word in a fun, engaging way.

  • Young Adults Group – Sundays at 5:00 PM
    For those in their 20s looking to connect and grow in faith together.

  • Pure Pursuers Homeschool Co-op – 2nd & 4th Thursdays at 9:00 AM
    A Christ-centered homeschool community learning and fellowshipping together.

  • Women’s Ministry, Bible Studies, and Fellowship Events
    Check the calendar for upcoming gatherings and stay connected!
